In a significant decision, the Board of Directors for the IDHSNA has selected the Kentucky Horse Park (KHP) for the new headquarters of the society. The decision fulfills a long standing goal to establish a base for the organization in a professional office setting. The Board felt the time was right to make the commitment to a permanent headquarters as the volume of work associated with the society has outgrown the capacity and generosity of our volunteers and we look forward to the grand opening on Friday, February 23rd, 2007. This marks the first time in its fourteen year history that the IDHSNA will have a permanent headquarters.
