Sue Rowdon reported that of the 27 horses finishing 2012 Rolex 3 Day Event, 6 had Irish Draught blood.

Karen O'Connor on Mr. Medicott (by Cruising) finished fourth. Peter Barry on Kilrodan Abbott (sired by a Clover Hill son) finished 11th. Jane Sleeper and UN (King of Diamonds on damside) were 21st. Madeline Blackman and Gordonstown ( sired by a son of Cruising) were 24th. |
